Mission and goals of the Journal
The mission of the journal "dot.pl" is to contribute to the development of critical research on the Internet in its various aspects – social, political, economic, as well as legal. Only a multidimensional approach to this issue allows for a proper diagnosis of the situation and the formulation of appropriate conclusions.
The threats on the Internet, both to the security of Poles, the security of the European Union, NATO, and individual countries, are becoming more frequent and harder to identify. Therefore, appropriate measures must be taken – including in the scientific domain – to address the challenges emerging on the web.
The 'dot.pl' journal also serves as a forum for exchanging opinions and views, as well as presenting research results on the broadly understood Internet issues. Additionally, 'dot.pl' provides information on the latest events, conferences, and seminars, new social and scientific initiatives, as well as inspiring publications.
The recipients of the 'dot.pl' journal include scientists, legal practitioners, decision-makers, entrepreneurs, as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations working in the field of Internet research. The journal is also aimed at students studying disciplines related to the Internet.
